Class sizes < 80. Courses are provided subject to numbers.
Course Times: Evening 6.30pm - 9.30pm. Weekend and Revision classes are from 10am-5.30pm unless otherwise stated.
Every effort is made to ensure there are no clashes with parts. However please check our timetables if you are doing papers from different parts as this is not always possible to achieve.
Lecturer Profiles
P1 - Professional Accountant -
Eamon Staunton MBA, AITI, C.dip A&F,CPA.
Eamon is the senior tax lecturer with Griffith College. He is in practice as a tax consultant and is the author of the GCD tax manuals. He has lectured on the final tax exams of all the main Accountancy bodies in Ireland and the Irish Taxation Institute. He has numerous students who achieved first in Ireland and two students who achieved first in the world in the June 2006 and December 2006 ACCA Advanced Taxation Paper.
P2 - Corporate Reporting -
Noel Daly BComm CPA
Noel has been a lecturer with Griffith College for 10 years, both in Ireland and overseas. In that time he has acquired a steadfast reputation for achieving excellent results for Griffith College students. A graduate of UCC, Noel worked as a professional accountant in Cork for over 10 years before moving into the field of education. He has lectured extensively at all levels during his time with Griffith College.
P3 - Business Analysis -
Seosamh MacGiolla ACCA, MBA
Bernard Vallely is an outstanding and accomplished lecturer who has consistently achieved outstanding results when lecturing Business
Analysis and Strategy papers. He has an outstanding reputation and
achieved the first three places in Ireland in the June 2007 exams and
is very popular with Griffith college students.
